WinRar 7.13 (64-Bit) is the application that use to Zip or Extract files extention *.rar *.zip ....
To Install it, you can download the file setup using the link below or download with origional site. After that download the rarreg.key to activate the license. To activate the license, Download the rarreg.key in the zip file than extract it. After that Copy the file rarreg.key to the location install winrar application (c:\program files\winrar)
